Yes, yes I do. I believe there certainly can be intelligent life on other planets in galaxies far, far away.....
In your ultimate dream house, what does your favorite room look like?
My favorite room would be the library! I'd have floor to ceiling bookshelves filled with books on opposite walls and one of those rolling ladder things to reach the top shelf. At one end where a big picture window is would be a big, heavy, rich wood table I'd use as a desk for the computer. In the middle would be a chaise lounge and a comfy armchair or two around a little coffee table. Maybe have a TV installed in the wall for times when I don't feel like reading. The walls would be a deep, rich red. Add a small bathroom and a kitchenette and I'd never have to leave the room ever!!!
How do you handle phone calls from telemarketers?
I used to pretend to be someone else and just say that I'm not home when the caller asked for me. But then, that only keeps 'em calling the next day and the next day, etc. Now that I have Caller ID, I don't answer any calls that I don't recognize. Once in a while though, I'll pick up a call thinking it's someone else...but I hang up if no one answers right away...that's how I know it's a telemarketer...I guess there's a bit of a lag when it's a computer calling or whatever...heh. Although, just the other night, I hung up on the telemarketer just as he said "Good evening, ma'am." I know that was terribly rude, but telemarketers are just like spam to me.
What was your favorite game to play at recess in grade school?

At first it was tag, girls against boys. (Yeah, us girls were boy crazy...chasing the boys around...heh.) Then it was handball which somehow turned into a game called "war ball". It was something like dodgeball turned inside out. It was banned from the schoolyard after some teachers deemed it too dangerous though.

1. Trader Joe's white cheddar popcorn. That's good stuff!
2. Dark chocolate covered raisins/nuts/cherries/cranberries...or dark chocolate by itself.

Which household chores do you most/least enjoy?

I don't enjoy any of them equally! Okay, well, for the chores I am responsible for in this household, I don't mind doing the laundry that much. And I don't mind washing dishes by hand. But, yeah, I pretty much don't like to do any chores.
What's your favorite blend or brand of coffee or tea?
I like plain green tea.
Who taught you how to cook?

I don't think anyone actually taught me how to cook. I just picked it up at a very young age. Both my parents are very good cooks. It started out with heating things like canned soups and making macaroni and cheese from a box when my siblings and I wanted a treat of American food and a break from Chinese food on a weekend day...heh. Then it progressed to making breakfast foods like French toast and eggs over easy and from there it was on to all sorts of things. Now I really like to cook and I like to think I'm pretty good at it, but there's always room for improvment.
